We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our storage facility in Homosassa. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, maintain organized records, ensure bills are paid on time, and assist customers in person or over the phone. This is a full-time position, offering a stable work environment with a Monday to Friday schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations, including answering phones, emails, and managing customer inquiries
Track and ensure all vendor and utility payments are made on time
Oversee accounts payable and receivable
Maintain and update customer accounts
Coordinate with staff to ensure a smooth workflow
Keep accurate records of facility maintenance, repairs, and supplies
Assist in managing tenant leases, payments, and any related documentation
Handle payroll processing or coordination with payroll services, if applicable
Monitor and order office supplies as needed
Manage QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software for financial tracking
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Proven experience in office management or administrative roles
Familiarity with bookkeeping and payroll processes
Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
