Pierce & Pierce Attorneys, PLLC is seeking a part time Office Manager / Book Keeper based in our Gadsden, Alabama office. This is primarily an in o#ice position. Human resources support, including payroll, bene!its administration, hiring and on boarding, andcoordinating the quarterly performance review process IT coordinator assisting with scheduling of vendors for IT needs (e.g. database, telephony, andinfrastructure) Supplies coordination ensure we have what we need when we need it and that we are gettingthe best price for insurance, supplies, etc. Marketing assistance coordinate delegation of ongoing projects and manage subcontractors. Training new employees on o#ice functions database, mechanics of working here. Manage o"site employee needs for remote workers Handle !irm gatherings (lunches, special events) Assistance to paralegals as neededRequirements Bachelors degree from an accredited school Two years of professional o#ice management experience required Strong project management skills Well organized with attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong reading, writing, as well as basic mathematical skillsPreferred Skills Familiarity with Quickbooks Online, Mailchimp or another mailing SaaS, WordPress experiencepreferred.
