We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Administrator to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our business operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NetSuite, including experience with Celigo integration tools, NetSuite development, and SuiteAnalytics.
Responsibilities:
NetSuite Administration:
Manage and maintain NetSuite account configuration, including user roles, permissions, and workflows.
Implement and support custom record types, fields, and scripts as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve NetSuite issues promptly.
Celigo Integration:
Utilize Celigo to integrate NetSuite with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, eCommerce).
Configure and manage integration workflows and data mappings.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency between systems.
NetSuite Development:
Develop and customize NetSuite scripts (SuiteScript, Suitelet, etc.) to automate tasks and enhance functionality.
Collaborate with development teams to implement complex integrations and customizations.
SuiteAnalytics:
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide valuable insights into business performance.
Utilize NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW) to analyze large datasets and generate actionable reports.
Data Collection and Analysis:
Gather data from team members and other sources to inform decision-making.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
Strong understanding of NetSuite configuration, customization, and best practices.
Experience with Celigo integration tools.
Proficiency in SuiteScript, Suitelet, and other NetSuite development tools.
Knowledge of SuiteAnalytics and reporting tools.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with NetSuite Analytics Warehouse (NSAW).
