Position Overview
The Loss Prevention (LP) Global Solution Delivery Team is seeking a talented Product Manager to lead the planning, prioritization, and delivery of technology solutions that support the company's Loss Prevention initiatives. This role focuses on managing the lifecycle of LP products and solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Ownership: Create, manage, and prioritize product features using a product backlog. Act as the authority on product direction and ensure alignment with the agreed-upon Definition of Done (DoD).
Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Develop and execute product roadmaps, including managing rolling wave plans and guiding the product through various lifecycle stages.
Value Stream Management: Collaborate with teams to ensure that value streams produce feasible and sustainable solutions aligned with business goals.
Enabler Work Prioritization: Outline and prioritize enabler work, ensuring it is well understood and synchronized with business value delivery.
Demo and Review Support: Participate in system demos and reviews to ensure delivered work aligns with business value objectives and scope.
Vendor Relationship Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure that deliverables meet product needs and timelines.
Customer Satisfaction: Conduct customer satisfaction analysis, validate feedback, and prioritize defect resolution and product enhancements.
Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with all levels and roles, ensuring smooth communication between product owners, teams, and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in product management (focused on managing processes, with potential for future people management)
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
Excellent networking and influencing skills
Experience managing or coaching product management teams
Strong organizational and follow-through skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Expertise in converting business needs into epics, managing product backlogs, and handling complex portfolios
Ability to manage dependencies and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior retail experience and/or familiarity with Loss Prevention functions
Experience in SAFe/Agile delivery methodologies
Proven ability to create and drive roadmaps to successful execution
Experience with Loss Prevention applications, integrations, and data management
Knowledge of Loss Prevention software platforms such as Genetec or Appriss
