What We're Looking For:
Expertise in LEAN principles and methodologies
Experience in training and coaching management teams
Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with our leadership
Proven success in implementing LEAN within manufacturing environments

Responsibilities
Train and mentor, our management team on LEAN practices
Help us launch LEAN initiatives across the facility
Work with us to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
Qualifications
Strong background in Lean methodologies (such as Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Kanban, and Just-In-Time) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
