Position Overview: We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries, order placements, and ensuring they have a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Assist customers in understanding our products and services, guiding them to the best options for their needs.
Process orders accurately and efficiently, including quoting and estimating as required.
Coordinate with prepress and production teams to ensure all jobs meet client requirements and specifications.
Monitor job status and communicate with production teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Maintain clear and effective communication with customers and internal teams.
Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 7:45 AM - 5:15 PM
Occasional weekend or overtime shifts may be available.
Compensation:
Starting pay: $15+ per hour, commensurate with experience.
