Role Description

The Customer Success Manager will manage production projects for specific customers, oversee order processing, data entry, and quality control of the production team's output. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring smooth project implementation, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement. The successful candidate will also track and evaluate strategies for customer expansion over the lifecycle of their engagement with XIT Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact. Advocate for customer needs and ensure expectations are communicated effectively within the organization.

Project Management: Lead and manage customer engagements, specifically focused on pricing tool implementation. Ensure projects are completed on time, meet quality standards, and achieve tool adoption by customers.

Customer Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process for new customers to ensure a smooth transition and successful implementation. Collaborate with the production team to communicate customer needs and expectations.

Performance Metrics: Monitor key performance indicators and provide insights and recommendations to improve customer satisfaction and project success.

Production Management: Manage the production planning, execution, and control for assigned projects. Coordinate tasks, logistics, manage resources, and ensure the successful delivery of projects within established timelines.

Strategic Planning: Define, track, and evaluate strategies for expanding XIT Solutions' services and solutions over the customer lifecycle. Ensure conformance with supply chain, pricing strategies, service delivery standards, and sales readiness processes.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management, customer success, or account management roles.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects successfully.
  • Data driven and processed focused
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge or experience in the technology and production sectors is preferred.
  • ISO experience is a plus.
  • Experience with ConnectWise, NetSuite, SmartSheets, and ChannelOnline is a plus.
