About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and strategic CRM and Growth Marketing Specialist to lead our CRM initiatives and manage HubSpot across our network of marinas. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing marketing campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and data-driven insights that align with PORT 32's overall growth objectives. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate cross functionally with marina GMs, sales teams, and the executive leadership team to drive revenue and customer retention.

Responsibilities:
  • HubSpot CRM Management: Oversee and optimize HubSpot, including automating email sequences, creating landing pages, managing contact lists, and tracking lead journeys and customer touchpoints. Build and manage CRM data segmentation to improve targeting and personalization efforts.
  • Campaign Execution: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs. Lead the development of copy and creative assets for email marketing, newsletters, and digital content. Support the planning and execution of customer-facing events, promotions, and outreach programs.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams: Partner closely with sales teams and marina GMs to align marketing efforts with sales goals and ensure leads are nurtured effectively. Develop marketing strategies to support lead generation and referral campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Data & Analytics: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click through rates, and conversion metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve marketing effectiveness and overall customer engagement.
  • Customer Engagement: Create engaging communication strategies that educate, inform, and nurture customers throughout the sales funnel, from initial contact to post-sale. Drive social media and digital marketing efforts, collaborating with external vendors where necessary.
  • Work with CMO on the development, execution, and management of marketing campaigns across multiple channels focused primarily on the CRM output: email, landing pages with the ability to work collaboratively on social media, and paid ads.
  • Own copywriting for marketing CRM materials, including emails, newsletters, and landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand voice and marketing strategy.
  • Growth & Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies to support the growth of PORT 32, including driving new business through digital marketing channels, improving customer retention, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing tools, and competitive activity.

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing or communications.
  • 4+ years of related marketing/ CRM experience is essential.
  • Proven experience in CRM management and growth marketing, with a focus on lead generation and customer retention strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform and adjust CRM / marketing strategies in real time. Proficiency in HubSpot and experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent writing and copy-editing skills, with the ability to produce compelling, brand-aligned content.
  • Proficiency with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform and adjust marketing strategies.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including marina managers and sales teams.
  • Superior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced/ entrepreneurial environment.

Pay range and compensation package:
