As a Workplace Consultant, you will work alongside the Sacramento based consultants and account management teams to drive business development for the greater Sacramento marketplace for commercial office furniture.
Responsibilities:
Develop new client relationships through referrals, networking events, and industry associations. Research and identify new business opportunities, qualify leads, and close new business to achieve quarterly/yearly goals as assigned by Management.
Track, manage, and evaluate new business wins and losses in Hubspot to identify trends and improve win rate.
Schedule qualified meetings for Account Management.
Work cross-functionally with a team of design and account managers to help fulfill all sizes of office furnishing projects.
Have daily interaction with clients and prospective partners utilizing strong communication skills.
Approximately 50% travel time in front of Sacramento Area clients.
Maintain Teknion furniture product knowledge by attending relevant manufacturer learning events, webinars, and online courses.
Maintain active membership and attendance at Corenet and related programs
Qualifications:
Experience with business furniture and/or the commercial real estate marketplace preferred
Self-starter with a relentless sales mindset
A strong communicator
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Strong network
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work industry experience
