We are a thriving family wellness office seeking a high-energy Chiropractic Assistant/Care Coordinator to become part of our team. We specialize in pregnancy and pediatrics so you must love hanging with families, including newborns, toddlers, kids, and pregnant women.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, friendly, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to deal with a wide variety of people and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining outstanding customer service is required. Must be tech-savvy and able to answer phones, handle scheduling, interact with patients, and be a team-player.
Job Type: Part Time or Full time, 28-32 hours a week
Schedule:
Mondays 12-7pm
Tuesdays 12-7pm
Wednesdays 12-7pm
Thursdays 12-7pm
Friday - Sun: flexible remote hours doing admin or social media from home
Wage will be based on experience and has the ability to grow. Benefits include complimentary care from our phenomenal doctors for yourself AND immediate family.
Additional position requirements:
Holding babies, taking pictures, offering snacks, light cleaning, organizing toys....this is all part of the family environment! Be willing to do whatever it takes to make our families feel comfortable.
An average day as our Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist could look like:
-Shift starts at 1pm, open office and set up for the day(answer text messages, answer phone messages and all steps to open office are taken)
-Preshift huddle with doctors (go over schedule and talk about any issues)
-Greet all patients with a smile and "Good Morning" or "Good Afternoon", take payments from patients and make next appointment
-Answering phone and texts during the day (scheduling patients, new patients and rescheduling patients)
-Holding babies, playing with little ones while Mom/Dad see doctor
-Day ends around 6:30pm, closing office up and set up for the next day
