The Employee Engagement Coordinator will support, development, delivery and communication of programs, policies and practices related to employee engagement initiatives. Assist multiple areas of the People Operations Department including Recognition, Engagement, Culture and Experience, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Learning and Development, and Administration. Job Duties:
Develop and implement strategies to increase employee morale, retention, and performance ensuring alignment with the company culture including fostering an inclusive workplace and a sense of belonging
Conduct surveys and gather feedback to understand employee satisfaction levels
Collaborate with other departments to create initiatives and programs that promote employee engagement
Facilitate team-building activities and events
Help establish and maintain an open-door policy for employees to communicate with management
Monitor and report on engagement metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports as directed by People Ops Management
Ability to perform additional functions that may be assigned at the discretion of management
Analyze trends and adjust engagement strategies as necessary
Job Qualifications:
Four (4) Year Degree or equivalent in Marketing or Human Resources preferred
Loves learning and has a passion for personal growth and development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient knowledge of MS Office, Adobe Suite, and marketing software (Canva, Online analytics, Google AdWords, etc.)
High degree of attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
Must be highly organized and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Schedule/Location:
Hybrid - Henderson, NV
Part Time - Monday-Friday (20-25 hours a week; flexible scheduling)
Entry Level - Based on experience
