Product Line Manager - Digital Print & Workflow Solutions
Overview:
Lead the development and execution of product strategies for digital print and workflow solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet market demands and drive business growth. This role requires up to 30% domestic and international travel (customer visits, trade shows, internal events, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy: Develop strategies aligned with company goals to maintain a market-leading position.
Competitive & Market Analysis: Conduct market research, benchmark competitors, and translate insights into product requirements. Identify industry trends and define strategic product vision.
Roadmap Development: Create and manage product roadmaps to ensure timely delivery across market segments.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to align development efforts and manage product interdependencies.
Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure product success.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product marketing to execute go-to-market plans. Ensure smooth launch, sales, and support readiness.
Customer Insights: Gather feedback from customers and partners to refine product offerings and enhance satisfaction.
Product Evangelism: Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and customer/partner meetings.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in product management. Experience in digital print workflows is preferred.
