We are partnered with a well-established automotive components manufacturer in Detroit. This mid-size organization is experiencing growth across their network of plants and is in need of a Plant General Manager for a turnaround site in Detroit. The organization is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the operational turnaround.
Qualifications
BS Degree
10+ Years Operations/Plant leadership in Tier 1 Automotive
Experience working in a complex facility with multiple manufacturing processes and customers
Experience leading a 300+ person factory
