Biotechnology lab seeking a highly motivated and interactive individual with a background in cell/molecular biology, demonstrating versatility and a willingness to adapt and contribute across various stages of the drug discovery process.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate the potency and selectivity of new molecules in various functional and phenotypic cell-based assays.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, analyze and interpret results, present summaries, and generate reports of the studies
Work in close collaboration with preclinical development teams and communicate results in a timely manner.
Maintain laboratory equipment and restock supplies.
Qualifications:
Should have a Bachelor's program. Preferred majors are molecular/cell biology, cancer biology, or equivalent discipline.
Must have experience in tissue culture, western blot, cell and gene therapy assay
Experience in cell and molecular biology techniques such as RT-PCR, flow cytometry and ELISA is preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Excel, ImageJ, Graphpad Prism is preferred.
Proficient at conducting review of relevant scientific literature using Pubmed
Should be self-motivated and organized, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently and independently in a team/matrix environment

This position requires 90% wet lab work, focusing on hands-on experimental tasks. 100% onsite work in Wilmington, DE.
