Location: Lafayette Hill, Pennsylvania (1 day onsite per week)
Role Summary:
The Business Intelligence & Reporting Manager will lead our data analysis team, driving the strategic value of data across the organization. This position focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to enhance business decisions and ensure data is integral to the company's success.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and business acumen, with a strong focus on fostering partnerships and delivering innovative data solutions.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, data science, or related fields.
Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong knowledge of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling.
Experience with Azure data warehousing solutions (e.g., Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Fabric) or other cloud data warehousing.
