Insight Global is looking for a Data Analyst to join one of their largest Federal clients. This role will be apart of the procurement and buying team. This person will work to pull, clean, and organize data to put together into reports. This data will revolve around the full buying process from submission of the request to the order being put on a purchase order, to delivery. It will also handle analytics through forecasts reporting, and data around vendor lead times / actual follow through delivery times. This resource will also look to pull, and put together data for overall process improvement of the teams buying process. This role will heavily utilize excel for data analytics and visualization. This resource must be comfortable getting a large complicated data set from Engineering teams, and run V-Look ups and Pivots tables in order to organize/sort the data to make it understandable to the buying the team. This role is able to be Hybrid 4 days a week onsite.
Desired Skills and Experience
- 3 or more years of experience as a data analyst
- Excel expert (V-lookups, Pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience with creating reports in excel
-Experience with Python
- Must be able to obtain secret clearance
