Candidates for this position must be a polished restaurant manager; passionate about guest service and leading a team. The Assistant General Manager will assist the General Manager with all operational duties including:
Hiring, Training, Coaching staff.
Daily operations of this high volume, full-service restaurant.
Vendor relations.
Financial reporting
