Office Principal - MEP Consulting Established, growing engineering firm is seeking an office principal for their San Antonio office. Potential candidates will have a great opportunity to make their mark on the company and industry by growing their team and revenue in the south-central Texas market.
Bachelor's degree: Mechanical, Electrical, or similar discipline. P.E. license in Texas.
10+ years of MEP engineering experience: project management, designing, budgeting, scheduling, planning, etc.
Strong client interaction skills and previous business development experience.
Experience with proposals & bidding projects.
Manage and mentor junior staff.
Knowledge of MEP operations and designs including instrumentation & controls.
Submittal reviews and processes, familiarity of industry standards and codes.
