Summary
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Sr Mechanical Solutions Engineer to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The ideal candidate will be local and possess extensive hands-on experience in commercial mechanical trades such as plumbing, pipe fitting, HVAC, or sheet metal. This role requires a deep understanding of mechanical engineering principles, project management expertise, and effective management of client relationships and pre-existing customers.
Responsibilities
Manage client relationships with pre-existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns or issues.
Utilize hands-on experience in plumbing, pipe fitting, HVAC, or sheet metal to provide practical solutions and technical support.
Oversee and coordinate project management activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
To secure new projects, we build and present proposals, conduct job walks and work on plan and spec bids.
Collaborate with labor teams, ensuring efficient coordination and communication.
Identify and implement innovative solutions to meet customer needs and project requirements.
Maintain a stable work history and demonstrate a commitment to professional development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Extensive hands-on experience in commercial mechanical trades, including plumbing, pipe fitting, HVAC, or sheet metal.
Proven project management skills, with experience in proposal building, customer meetings, and job walks.
Strong understanding of commercial mechanical trades and industry standards.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Local to Phoenix, AZ, with a stable work history.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional certifications in project management and advanced mechanical trade knowledge and understanding.
