We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow QA Engineer with a strong background in manual and automated testing to ensure the quality and functionality of our ServiceNow implementations and integrations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working specifically with ServiceNow and 5-6 years of overall experience in software testing. You will work closely with development, business, and functional teams to validate solutions and ensure they meet the highest standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5-6 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years dedicated to ServiceNow QA.
Experience with ServiceNow testing tools such as Automated Test Framework (ATF) and familiarity with external tools like Selenium.
Strong knowledge of various ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) and ability to test both out-of-the-box features and custom applications.
Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
Proficiency in defect management and test case management tools like ServiceNow,JIRA, TestRail,
Understanding of ServiceNow data models, workflows, and integrations.
Solid experience in manual testing and the ability to transition to test automation.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Knowledge of Scripting languages such as JavaScript (for ServiceNow customizations) is a plus.
