Join our dynamic team as a Flutter/FlutterFlow & Firebase Developer to enhance and scale our Tinder-like app, which is already live on the Apple App Store (Playstore coming soon). We're looking for an experienced developer to work alongside our current full stack developer and Flutter/FlutterFlow frontend developer. You'll play a critical role in optimizing our app's performance, building new features, and scaling backend infrastructure using Firebase. Python and JavaScript are a plus but not a requirement.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the to optimize the app's frontend using FlutterFlow, Flutter, and Dart • Improve and optimize backend services using Firebase (Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, etc.) • Build and optimize new features in the app's frontend using FlutterFlow, Flutter, and Dart • Focus on app performance, scalability, and user experience as our user base grows • Implement new real-time features, push notifications, and user engagement tools • Troubleshoot and debug issues in both the frontend and backend
Requirements: • Proven experience with FlutterFlow, Flutter, Dart, and Firebase • Python and JavaScript is not required but a plus • Strong expertise in Firebase services: Firestore, Firebase Auth, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging • Experience working with mobile apps that feature real-time databases, push notifications, and authentication systems • Familiarity with Tinder-like apps or apps with similar swipe gestures, matching algorithms, and user profiles • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and take ownership of key features and modules
Nice to Have: • Experience with scaling apps with a growing user base • Knowledge of chat systems, location services, and user matching algorithms • Familiarity with payment integration and subscription models
About the Project:
Our app is already live on the App Store, and you'll be joining a passionate team of developers working to make it even better. We're looking for someone eager to dive in and contribute to a growing product in the influencer marketing space. You will start with a short-term project with the potential to join the team, depending on performance and project needs.
Compensation: For the right candidate, equity package for the first 6 months, then salary after we get the next VC investment. We are a startup in the purest sense. We have ex GOOGLE, TINDER, and INTEL onboard all working for equity only. Founders have exited multiple tech companies. We have been invited to Jason Calacanis's SF-based pre-accelerator Launch.co. We despise corporate and we're reinventing influencer marketing for the small business and brand longtail, with macro and nano influencers.
