Required Experience:
7 Years + in Process Engineering
5 Years + in managing engineering teams
Experience with Semiconductor industry is preferred
Experience with optical components packaging is highly preferred
Educaion
Bachelors Degreee in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical or Material Sciences)
