We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural/Civil Engineer with expertise in Project Management and design to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in structural or civil or mechanical engineering and a proven ability to manage projects from initial concept through execution while ensuring structural integrity, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with applicable standards. They will be working within engineering teams (per whatever discipline they are) and design teams to build out the commissioning phase of the lithium refinery.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Proficient in engineering design principles and tools, depending on the specific field (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
* Strong command of project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
* Familiarity with engineering codes and standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes.
* Knowledge of financial management related to budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for engineering projects.
* Expertise in risk management methodologies to assess and mitigate project risks.
* Strong understanding of supply chain management and logistics as they apply to engineering projects.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to mentor and guide engineers and technical staff.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders, clients, and senior leadership.
* Ability to drive project teams toward meeting deadlines and achieving milestones.
* Problem-solving and critical thinking to address project challenges, resource constraints, or technical issues.
