DataShur is currently seeking a Lead IT Dentrix Support technician in the Denver Colorado area.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to client sites Relocation is available for this position! DataSHUR is a managed IT services company with exceptional Customer Service to the Dental industry.

As a Lead IT Dentrix Support Technician, you will:
- Support the Dentrix Applications
- Remote support
- Help desk
- Data Backup and recovery
- Network security
- Client facing
- Assisting with day-to-day operations as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- 1 plus years of Dentrix & Dexis support experience
- Strong customer service experience
- CRM management experience
- Experience with Autotask ticketing or similar
- Experience with Datto RMM or similar remote management tools
- Datto BCDR or similar back up recovery
- IT Glue or similar web-based Configuration management tool
