Key Responsibilities:
Provide pre-live technical support, including equipment setup, network testing, and software configuration.
Monitor technical performance during live streams to ensure stability and quality.
Respond quickly to and resolve technical issues that occur during live streaming.
Collaborate with the streaming team to offer real-time technical support and troubleshooting.
Collect and analyze technical issues related to live streaming and work with the product team to improve the product.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Priority will be given to applicants with Green Card, OPT visa, and H1B visa
Familiarity with mainstream live streaming platforms and tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions.
