DataStaff is seeking an Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Inventory Functional Lead for a long-term contract opportunity with one of our direct clients located in Pittsburgh, PA
Job Description:
Configure and implement using agile methodology an Oracle ERP Cloud/EBS Manufacturing and Inventory.
Qualifications Required:
A Bachelor's degree or higher.
Demonstrates thorough abilities and have proven record of success with Oracle Supply Chain application modules in Manufacturing and Inventory
Experience in performing functional configuration and coordinate with technical team in custom objects development
Experience in gathering and clarifying Business requirements
Initiate and lead open conversations with teams, clients and stakeholders to build trust
Communicating value proposition to client
Communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
Delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor
Demonstrating proven extensive abilities and success as a team member/lead: understanding personal and team roles
Demonstrating ability to quickly identify and address client needs by actively participating in client discussions and meetings
Preparing concise and accurate configuration documents and technical specifications
Demonstrating proven knowledge and understanding of Oracle Cloud Manufacturing and Inventory modules, emphasizing an Oracle consulting and/or production support background assisting clients in the implementation and support of Oracle packaged solutions
Demonstrating experience leading successful Oracle Cloud implementations in technology media and telecommunication and/or industrial products and services with focus on building new business capabilities and transforming operations
Demonstrating proven intimate knowledge and considerable exposure to the common issues facing consumer and products industries, technology media and telecom, and services clients who run Oracle Cloud applications
Anticipate stakeholder needs, and develop and discuss potential solutions, even before the stakeholder realizes they are required
Contributing to testing cycles by preparing test scripts, scenarios and performing testing
Preferred:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, Excel)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Contributing to a positive working environment by building relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback
Preferably 3-5 years of practical experience in manufacturing
Has experience implementing manufacturing module for 2+ implementations
Experience in using hybrid agile or agile methodology to implement Oracle
