The Position:

We're hiring for a remote Implementation & Support Specialist to address our customers' technical needs in implementation and on an ongoing basis. This role is ground zero in scaling both our technical support and implementation functions, and will help shape how we serve our customers across the next phase of growth. The successful candidate will have obsessive attention to detail and strong organization skills; technical proficiency; be a team player in a fast-growing startup; and have a strong appetite to grow their career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementation: Assist in the planning and execution of client implementations, building out new customer environments and modifying existing environments. Ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process. Become a subject matter expert on Quantified's platform, and how it is deployed across the customer base.
  • Project Management: Utilize Monday.com to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, coordinating tasks and timelines to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for each implementation, including project plans, client configurations, and best practices.
  • Technical Support: Provide product support for Quantified's customers via email as a primary channel. Offer ongoing support to address any inquiries or issues that may arise, efficiently managing customer tickets in Zoho.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to relay client feedback and contribute to the improvement of our product.
  • Growth opportunity - Client Needs Assessment: Partner with a Senior Implementation Manager to understand each customer's unique requirements for Quantified.ai's Simulator, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and approaching each build with strong attention to detail. Take a consultative approach to implementation that contributes meaningfully to customer satisfaction and retention.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SaaS technical support, implementations, or similar function. Prior startup experience highly desirable.
  • Technological Proficiency: Comfortable learning and using new tools and technologies, including SQL, AI chatbots, and knowledge bases. Familiarity with Zoho or other support ticketing system.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in client configurations and project management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to clients and team members.
  • Project Management Skills: Basic project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving client needs.
