Role Description:
Will support customer with SAP CRM work in the areas of lead management, opportunities, complaints, ERP sales orders, middleware/BDOC replication, business partners, and relationships as well as functionality migration to S/4 next year as they sunset CRM.
Requirements:
Must have experience helping a customer transition functionality from SAP CRM to S/4.
Must have S/4 Customer Management experience.
Should have well-rounded SAP CRM experience in the following areas: Lead Management, Opportunities, Complaints, ERP Sales Order, Middleware / BDOC replication, Business Partners, Relationships etc.
