The candidate is the primary technical resource for Oracle Work and Asset Management (WAM) product, which is a comprehensive solution designed to manage the lifecycle of water and wastewater assets. The candidate will provide senior guidance and technical expertise for the on?premises installation of Oracle WAM to include configurations, customizations, process improvements, enhancements, and implementations to meet client?specific requirements. The candidate will offer advanced troubleshooting and support for Oracle WAM by addressing complex technical issues and ensuring system stability. The candidate will create and update maintenance objects and business objects within the Oracle Utilities Application Framework.
