Are you an experienced Product Owner with a background in SWIFT and ISO Standards? We are seeking a driven individual to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC. This temp-to-perm position offers the opportunity to lead and organize our product backlog, ensuring strategic alignment while driving the development of key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Business Analysts to break down objectives into actionable tasks.
Organize and prioritize the product backlog to ensure continuous alignment with business goals.
Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring clear communication across teams.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to deliver robust solutions in translation services and back-office integration.
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Owner in complex environments.
Hands-on experience with SWIFT programs.
Solid understanding of ISO Standards.
Strong expertise in backlog management and roadmap planning.
Ability to work effectively with SMEs and BAs to decompose objectives.
