We are seeking a Senior Architect to lead multiple large-scale projects, providing design and technical oversight. You'll work closely with Project Managers, manage teams, and serve as a direct client contact. This role includes mentoring junior architects and contributing to business development.
Responsibilities
Lead project design, planning, and delivery
Supervise teams and delegate tasks
Develop proposals, estimates, and project schedules
Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards
Manage construction administration, including site visits and coordination
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture
Ideally minimum 6 years experience post graduate
Licensed Architect (NCARB preferred)
Expertise in Revit, Bluebeam, and other design tools
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of building systems, sustainability, and construction methods
