Job Description: We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with a strong background in multifamily construction with affordable housing / HUD experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of multifamily construction projects, from planning and design through construction and closeout.
Coordinate and manage project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to project specifications and safety protocols.
Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management and clients.
Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve any issues that arise.
Foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on all project sites.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing multifamily construction projects.
Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
