Produce process maps with swim lanes, that display processes with logic decisions, and inputs/outputs connectivity between those swim lanes. Will require to work in Jira with Features and Stories and update a Metrics (Jira) dashboard displaying value/wins of Process Design engagement.
This resource needs to have excellent communication skills and be able to lead discussions, ask probing questions, schedule follow-up meetings as required, etc. The resource will be adapted at breaking down complex processes that might be shared just verbally into easy-to-understand process flows with visually appealing organization. Ideally will be well versed with process mapping tools in Mural or Zoom Whiteboard.
The resource will need to work with UX and Product Owners to map out user flows that best meet a product or service objectives.
Experience working with Persona Maps, Customer Experience Maps, and User Journeys a plus. Other tools they might have used for other customers include Visio Pro, Aris, Signavio or iGraphix.
