Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Source-to-Pay Systems Administrator to support our prestigious client in the energy sector. As a Source-to-Pay Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing the daily trading operations for a large-scale energy company. Your expertise in trade reconciliation, margin calls, and invoicing will be vital to ensuring that all transactions are properly managed and within authorized limits.
Responsibilities:
Reconcile daily trades with exchanges, including executions on NYMEX and ICE, and clear swaps, OTC forwards, swaps, and options.
Control and initiate margin calls with clearing brokers.
Monitor and process invoices related to brokerage fees and paper derivatives billed to affiliates.
Participate in the Exchange for Physical (EFP) posting process.
Monitor and verify all daily paper activities, ensuring compliance with authorized limits.
Provide statistical reports, trade analysis, and necessary support to the Trading Desks and Management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Math, Finance, Energy, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
Strong command of the English language.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly advanced features.
Programming skills in VBA or Python.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Adaptable, diplomatic, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
