Adecco is currently seeking a Sr. Product Manager in Richmond, VA OR Mclean, VA (Hybrid).

Duration: 6 Months
Location: Richmond, VA or Mclean, VA - Hybrid (Mon & Fri remote/Tue-Thu onsite)
Pay Range: $60-$67/hr. The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Responsibilities:
As product manager on the Risk Management Product Team, you will:
Take part in an organization that is on an exciting and fast paced journey to transform risk management through technology.
Seek feedback from users and work with business leaders to discover unmet needs to inform your product strategy and roadmap.
Manage and reimagine a suite of Operational Risk Management products in support of risk oversight programs, risk advisory & challenge functions and oversight.
Lead an integrated cross-functional team of engineers, data analysts, and business SMEs to design and build innovative solutions.
Be a thought leader in how we might leverage Machine Learning and AI to drive proactive, real-time risk management.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or military experience.
At least 3 years of product management experience or at least 3 years of experience in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
MBA or Master's degree.
2+ years of experience in Agile product management.
1+ year managing a data product.
