Phillips Academy seeks a dedicated and experienced full-time Director of Athletic Training to join our athletic department.
Ideal Candidate will be
Enthusiastic about managing a team of certified athletic trainers and programs for a range of student-athletes, from interscholastic competitors to those participating in intramural and LIFE sports.
Have expertise in holistic approaches to injury prevention, care, and rehabilitation and interest in working closely with our coaches and school physicians.
Dynamic and who will be active participants not only in the athletics program but also in the academic and residential programs at Phillips Academy.
Strong back strong background in sports medicine, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to promoting the health, safety, and success of our student-athletes.

Minimum Qualifications
Master's degree plus a minimum of three years' teaching experience preferred.
