About the Role: Riddler Road Rally and Etch It On are preparing to launch, and we're seeking a Director of Operations (DOO) to oversee daily operations and drive growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, this key leadership role involves shaping operational strategies, streamlining processes, and ensuring the success of both B2B and B2C channels.
You will collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing teams to optimize performance, contribute to product development, website optimization, and enhance digital marketing efforts. If you're tech-savvy with a passion for operational excellence, this role offers significant growth potential as the companies scale.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the executive team to create and implement scalable operational strategies.
Oversee day-to-day operations, developing policies and processes for efficiency.
Lead marketing and sales initiatives using tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, SEO, and SEM.
Manage vendor relationships and contribute to product pricing and purchasing strategies.
Build and mentor high-performing teams across both companies.
Track and report key business metrics, providing insights to the executive team.
Drive eCommerce growth through website optimization and digital strategies.
What We're Looking For?
8+ years of experience in operational leadership, ideally in startups or high-growth environments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong experience in HubSpot, Google Ads, SEO, and eCommerce best practices.
Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Tech-savvy, with a focus on automation, process optimization, and financial acumen.
Ability to leverage AI tools effectively while maintaining essential decision-making skills.
