Responsibilities
Assistance in answering incoming calls
Proficient in MSW and Excel
Assist the Marketing group with projects
Process mailers and correspondence
Assist Sr. Mgt in listing agreement generation
Operate general office equipment (postage, copier, scanners, phone etc.)
Read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations
Maintain sign inventory
Coordinate all sign requests and installations
Real estate license tracking
Primary contact to vendors
Order supplies
Point person for office equipment and maintenance
Education
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school OR a minimum of 3 years current and related experience
Experience
A minimum of 3 years Administrative Assistant experience that is current
