Job Description:
Job Title: Finance Analyst Location: Beaverton, ORDuration: 2+ MonthsResponsibilities:
- Execute annual partner terms reviews.
- Coordinate credit memo execution and tracking.
- Process supplemental/manual override discount requests.
- Manage special projects with accuracy and timeliness.
- Monitor and respond to daily email inquiries.
- Retain documentation for audit purposes and respond to audit inquiries.
- Adhere to client policies, procedures, and SOX compliance practices.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP/JBA, Sprint, Cognos/Info Retriever (bookings), MMX preferred.
- Strong team player with effective communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or Sales Operations.
