Our company is seeking a VP/ Director of Marketing to help manage the efforts of our growing brand. This position is responsible for developing and implementing our marketing strategies, including digital re-branding and creating a cohesive message across all of our channels. Our VP/Director of Marketing for our new brand (ASCEND) will play a vital role in shaping and driving the overall marketing strategy to establish a strong market presence and connect with our target audience. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with customers and effectively convey our new brand's unique value proposition.
The VP/Director of Marketing oversees our company's promotion and advertising efforts to drive sales and build brand awareness. Their responsibilities include developing an overall marketing plan, approving campaigns from various business units and measuring the return on investment in various advertising methods.
With a keen eye for market trends and consumer insights, the VP/Director will lead market research efforts to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to ensure alignment in messaging and brand initiatives. The Director will also oversee the creation and management of marketing materials, ensuring that all content reflects the brand's voice and vision.

Our VP/ Director of Marketing is an Executive responsible for making high-level decisions regarding our marketing and advertising campaigns. Some duties and responsibilities include:
Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the effectiveness of different styles and strategies
Analyze sales numbers in comparison to the marketing budget in order to find the profit margin and which campaigns were most effective
Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market
Work with both the sales and marketing of all divisions to develop successful strategies and campaigns that attract new customers and keep current clients
Collaborate with other executives to make high-level decisions regarding the budget and the direction of the company
Create and maintain a successful brand and image that attracts customers to the product or service
Develop marketing strategies for new products or services that comply with current company standards
