You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our pay-per-click advertising strategies across Google Ads platforms. You will ideally have a strong background in PPC campaigns, with additional knowledge in SEO, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Email Marketing being a plus. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and drive measurable results. You will be required to be in our Duluth, GA office on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • PPC Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to achieve client objectives
  • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research and selection for campaigns
  • Ad Creation: Develop compelling ad copy and creatives that drive clicks and conversions
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights
  • Bid Management: Optimize bids and budgets to maximize ROI and meet KPIs
  • Landing Page Optimization: Collaborate with the design and development teams to optimize landing pages for better conversion rates
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing
  • Cross-Channel Integration: Coordinate with SEO, social media, and email marketing teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Qualifications

Essential Requirements
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other PPC tools
  • Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred
  • Experience with SEO, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and Email Marketing
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
