Sales Excellence Staff cover a wide range of different tasks within the Sales team. With being the main customer contact for orders, shipments and all its connected activities they actively contribute to an outstanding customer experience. Furthermore, they assist the Sales team in several processes. They are team players and will contribute additionally to a high quality of service and therefore supporting a long-term customer relationship.
Primary job duties:
manage and process customer demand (orders, schedules, forecasts, changes of delivery dates, etc.) efficiently
ensuring seamless communication (internal / external) and take ownership of customer relationship related to primary job duties
