The Director of Operations will play a pivotal role in our success by providing strategic leadership, management, and accountability for both the Service and Supply Chain departments. This position requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in operations management, team leadership, and a deep understanding of Service and Supply Chain functions.

Qualifications / Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Operations Management
Proven experience in operations management, with a focus on Service and Supply Chain functions.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving process improvements and cost efficiencies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices, regulations, and emerging trends in Service and Supply Chain management.

Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
Provide strong leadership to the Service and Supply Chain teams, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Build and develop high-performing teams by setting clear expectations, providing coaching and feedback, and facilitating professional growth opportunities.
2. Strategic Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with the executive team to define and execute the operational strategy aligned with company objectives and goals.
Drive process improvements, cost efficiencies, and scalability initiatives within the Service and Supply Chain departments.
3. Service Department Oversight:
Develop and implement service strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, service quality, and profitability alongside the Service Supervisor.
Monitor and analyze service metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
4. Supply Chain Management:
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and vendor relations alongside Supply Chain Supervisor.
Implement and optimize supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products/materials.
5. Financial Management:
Develop and manage budgets for the Service and Supply Chain departments, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high service levels.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
