We are looking for an Accounting Associate or Cash Management Specialist who would be accountable for examining, assessing, reconciling, and investigating activities associated with all corporate bank accounts. This role acts as an intermediary between the Treasury department and financial institutions, handling inquiries regarding debits, credits, and charges to corporate accounts. Primary duties include conducting daily and monthly cash reconciliations for all corporate accounts, promptly resolving cash-related issues by documenting and pursuing reconciling items, and serving as a primary contact for banking activities, capable of researching and resolving moderately complex questions and issues.

Payrate: $23-25 an hour
Requirements: BS in Accounting or Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring all cash receipts and disbursements daily
Preparation and recording of journal entries
Maintenance of account reconciliation spreadsheets
Recording payments in the Accounts Payable sub ledger
Monthly reconciliation of bank accounts
Auditing team members' journal entries
Auditing and/or clearing manual wire payments
Reconciliation of PNC Accounts Payable credit cards and corporate cards
Engaging with various bank institutions to research and resolve inquiries and issues
Position Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field minimum
Preferably one to two years of prior Cash Management experience
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
Familiarity with SAP or similar large ERP systems
Strong sense of urgency, organization, and prioritization, including managing multiple tasks with tight deadlines
Effective written and verbal communication skills for professional interaction across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated accountability, integrity, and ownership in work
Ability to collaborate within a team environment and work independently
