What you will enjoy doing*

• You will manage and supervise the engineering technician(s) and their daily work activities


• Additionally, you will handle non-conforming material by organizing, documenting, interacting with the customer to meet customer requirements


• In this position, you will assist with customer inventory counts as needed


• Further, you will perform visual and dimensional inspection on production parts including conforming and non-conforming material


• You will also perform internal Quality Audits and Go Cards


• This role will also be responsible for day-to-day management of the aluminum bifluoride (ABF) strip cell.
  
   

What makes you great

• A High School Diploma / GED is required and 7-years’ related experience, including 2-3-years in a leadership role and/or MRB.   Equivalent combination education and experience will be considered


• You must be able to effectively communicate, both verbally and written, at varying levels and with cross-function individuals and departments within the team and within a diverse environment
