The Strategic Accounts Director is an ambassador of Cretex Medical and the business units to continuously ensure we are easy to do business with and provide a world class customer experience. Partner with operating company leadership to create trusted relationships that create a linkage to successfully accomplish the revenue growth initiatives while developing the customer relationships that focus on coordinated efforts to penetrate and grow Cretex Medical Strategic Accounts and Markets. Grow strong and broad connections across the mid-levels of strategic and key target growth accounts.
Deepen relationships at all levels between Cretex Medical and customer representatives
Stay current on market needs, trends, and opportunities with Strategic Account(s), and advise operating companies on account needs and alignment with customers' technology roadmaps
Develop an account strategy. Focus on value to the customer and build strategic direction for business units and Cretex Medical.
Coordinate the involvement of appropriate Cretex Medical personnel, including operations, customer service, sales, quality, engineering, and management resources, to meet customers' expectations. Escalate issues to executive team and business unit or Cretex level as appropriate
Build a strategic relationship with assigned strategic or key account(s) and an understanding of how their futures align with Cretex Medical
Active use of HubSpot to drive "Deals" from the Prospecting phase through Closure and monitor data/metrics frequently to drive success.
Proactivelygenerate sales reports in enough detail to that support decision-making or setting direction, planned activities and are visible in HubSpot. Coordinate activities with internal teams
Drive activity with visible daily plans, both with our internal and external customers
Actively work with assigned Strategic and Key Target Growth Account(s) to understand their 5-10-year technology roadmap and align Cretex Medical capabilities
Fosterimproved communication to the customer or potential customer by focusing on being the 'guide' and not the 'hero'
Create, follow, and use standard work to drive consistency and organization, throughout daily/weekly/monthly interactions
Createconcise account performance and make this readily available
Ensurethat data is being used, entered in HubSpot, talked about, and leading to our success
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements, Education & Experience (incl. KSA's and certifications)
Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or technical field
10 years of experience in direct technical sales
7 years of experience in medical device contract manufacturing sales
Demonstrated ability to plan schedule, work independently and operate with a high degree of integrity
Able to travel to customers, prospects and events at least 50% of the time
Direct hands-on familiarity with manufacturing systems is highly desirable
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with customers, co-management, and other company personnel
Ability to write clearly understandable reports and business correspondence
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical procedures and governmental regulations
Ability to calculate figures and analyze sales data
Ability to solve practical problems, resolve issues and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exist
Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
Desirable Criteria & Qualifications
Experience in the Orthopedic, CRM and Interventional markets
