What We're Looking For
Proven expertise in catering, private dining, and fresh, high-quality food
5+ Years in similar role and responsibilities
Strong P&L and Financial Acumen
A guest-focused approach with a genuine desire to serve and delight
People developer
Requirements For General Manager
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
A servant leadership mindset
Positive, energetic personality, capable of managing high-volume operations
Willingness to step outside comfort zone, BOH experience a plus
