Senior Superintendent Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial or mixed-use/multifamily construction, particularly in ground-up project. You will ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise all construction activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to project specifications.
Review and analyze bids and contracts to ensure competitiveness and compliance with project goals.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Minimum of 6 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground up commercial or multifamily construction.
Able to work on projects in the greater Los Angeles area, we have multiple offices and projects throughout the county and probably have one near you.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and budgeting.
Active drivers license
