Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Halethorpe, MD. The Accounting and Customer Service Supervisor will be responsible for managing relationships with customers, handling customer inquiries, managing accounts receivable and accounts payable. The Accounting and Customer Service Supervisor will work closely with the Accounting, Customer Service and Sales Teams. The supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing process improvements while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Supervisory experience with both accounting and customer service functions is highly desirable. The preferred candidate will be curious and one who asks questions, seeking to improve processes. Follow-up with colleagues is fundamental to success.

Qualifications
Combined 5+ years of experience in accounting and customer service-related work.
Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related field is desirable.
Demonstrated experience with customer communication and developing customer service process improvements.
Experience with accounting software, Dynamics GP experience is preferred.
Experience working for a manufacturer with retail customers.
Strong leadership capabilities: ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and prioritize competing tasks.

Pay rate: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour, occasional overtime may be available
