Job Description:
Business Valuation Analyst Responsibilities:
- Analyze and incorporate financial statements, tax returns, and other information into valuation models
- Perform company, industry, and economic research
- Search for relevant public and private market multiples
- Document and ensure quality control of work product
- Compose appropriate narrative reports to support valuation analyses
- Participate in client meetings
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Recent college graduate or candidates with up to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Undergraduate degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft products.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Project management skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
